Ask, promise I'll answer!   Submit here!   A journal of my path to fitness. I aim to lose something in the range of 30 lbs, build muscle, learn to run long stretches, and eat right!
I do it because my body with a six pack is the same body i carry now: I'm not getting a new one, i'm caring for the one I have! I hope that makes sense! Please feel free to talk to me and ask questions, anon or otherwise!

For those unaware this guy is the owner / creator of the product currently flooding tumblr and pinterest with weight loss spam under eating disorder and self harm related tags.
Let’s see how he responds. Probably will just delete + ban me but we’ll give him a chance at least.

GANG if everyone reblogs this once more, I’m pretty sure my call out post about Dr Charles Livingston Spamming Anorexic Teenagers will get to the first page of google results whenever anyone searches on this scumbag’s name.
We WARNED THEM we would bring them down if they did not stop flooding tumblr and pinterest with spam for their stupid diet but they arrogantly refused to listen.

My friend and her friend just started this facebook page about their weight loss. they post encouragement and goals daily. My friend Ashley lost 90 lbs since she started her journey. i don’t know how much her friend lost but her progress photo is incredible. you guys should go and like it!

You’ll see a picture of yourself reaching for something and be blown away by the definition in your legs and the cut of your thighs.
You’re working for it and it’s working. Sometimes your body is changing more rapidly than you can shed fat. It’s going to come up and smack you out of nowhere. You’re going to laugh at yourself when you attempt decline pushups with your feet on a bench, then bang out 40 of them without breaking a sweat.
It’s happening even if you can’t see it. Your body is evolving and changing. Give it the respect it deserves. Give it a chance to become visible. You worked for it. Don’t throw that away. You DESERVE to see it.
